Shervin Abbasi was born in 1985.
he has a Master of art in composition from Soreh University and began his early career with grandmasters like Mohsen Nafar and Bahram Saed (Setar instrument), Naser Rahimi (flute instrument) Amir Moeini and Masoud Ebrahimi since 1999 (harmony and counterpoint).
The music of Iranian composer/performer Idin Samimi Mofakham (b. 1982) is deeply rooted in the traditional and regional music of his home country. Since 2015, he has been developing his own musical language based on non-Western tuning systems, just intonation and psychoacoustics. In 2023 he received his PhD from the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo with a research thesis on medieval tuning systems from Iran and their creative use in contemporary composition.
Farmehr Beyglou Born on 7th of April of 1993 in tehran . He learned basics of music from childhood and at age of 9 he started learning Violin principles under instructions of Master Marjan Ghanbarimehr and continue his educations in University of Tehran Faculty of Fine Arts afterwards.
He studied contemporary composition at the Sibelius Academy of Music in Finland, the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, UDK University of Arts in Berlin, the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, and Tbilisi State Music Conservatory under the supervision of Helena Tulve, Malin Bång, Manolis Vlitakis, Tapio Tuomela, Ole Lutzüow Holm, Maka Virsalaze and etc.
Arvin Sedaghatkish (Tehran 1974), author, music researcher, music critic and composer, who wrote many articles, essays and reviews in Persian and English. He is/was a member of the editorial board of the Farhang-o-Āhang (2005-2010), Harmonytalk (2004-now), Āineyi-e-Khiāl (2007-2008), Ketāb-e-Sāl-e-Shaydā (2007 – 2011), Mehregāni biquarterly (2010-2013) (Co-founder), Zangār (2016-2017) (scientific advisor) and writes continuously in many other musicological journals and musical magazines like Honar-e-Moosighi, Gozāresh-e-Moosighi, Māhoor Quarterly and etc.
Nader Mashayekhi is an Iranian composer. From 2006 to July 2007 he was conductor of the Tehran Symphony Orchestra. Mashayekhi studied under Roman Haubenstock-Ramati at the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna. In the 1990s he was music director of the Austrian new music ensemble “Wien 2001”.
