Motahar Hosseini

Seyed Motahar Hosseini was born in 1987, she started playing the piano at the age of twelve as a self-taught person.In 2009, she began her bachelor’s degree at the “university of applied sciences and technology” under the supervision of Professor Reza Taheri, and then completed her master’s degree at the “Tehran Art University” under his supervision. She is currently teaching and accompanying in the ” university of applied sciences and technology, Unit 48″ and the “School of Art and Literature” of Seda Va Sima. The most important musical activities of Motahar Hosseini is participation in five “Classic to Contemporary Festivals”, the eighth “Young Festival” in 2013, the 30th “Fajr Music Festival” in 2013, performance in “Tehran Contemporary Music Week”, piano recital in The third  “Tehran International Contemporary Music Festival” as well as cooperation with “Tehran Music Group”, “Ghanbari Mehr Ensemble” and “New Music Orchestra”.  She is interested in performing the works of Iranian composers and contemporary and 20th century music.
