Kouchyar Shahroudi

Kouchyar Shahroudi Flutist, composer and teacher, was born in Iran into an artistic family. After brilliant studies at the Tehran Conservatory, Kouchyar Shahroudi worked in France with Christian Lardé at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris where he unanimously obtained his Higher Concertist Diploma, as well as at the Hochschule of Essen in Germany, in the class of Matthias Rütters where he obtained his Konzertexamination (the Concertist Diploma) with the highest distinction of the jury.
