Karan Salajeghe

Karan Selajegeh is a composer and piano player. He After studying architecture at Tehran University’s Faculty of Fine Arts, he studied piano at Tehran University of Arts (under the supervision of Raphael Minaskanian) and at the S.R.R. Paris Conservatory in the field of composition (under the supervision of Edith Ken Doshizi and Stephane de Gerando).
He won the first solo prize and the second ensemble prize from the third biennial of piano playing in Tehran in 2007 and has a record of numerous solo and ensemble performances, especially with the Zarvan Ensemble, from classical music repertoire to works by contemporary composers, and in festivals such as Fajr, music festival “classical to contemporary” and Tehran contemporary music festival has performed various works.
