Ardeshir Jofreh
Ardeshir Jofreh, born in 1984 in Tehran, began his musical education with the tombak under the guidance of Davood Yaseri and Farhad Badpa. Later, he became familiar with the violin with Farbod Morsali. He also learned to play the setar from Mehdi Jalali and self-taught instruments like daf, tar, percussion, and drums. He studied music theory with Hamed Zandekarimi and gained experience in composition and classical guitar playing from Mehdi Jalali.
He collaborated with the New Music Orchestra under the direction of Alireza Mashayekhi and performed in various venues such as Vahdat, Rudaki, Andisheh, Farabi, Avini, Nazeri Ganjavi, Niavaran Palace, and participated in the first soloists’ program, among others. He, as a drummer and percussionist, has worked with groups like Shoorba, Alstom, Chamroosh, and Accolade
